the 10th EDF Country Strategy Paper (CSP) The overall objective of the European Commission intervention is the completion of the National Strategic Development Plan and Medium-term Macroeconomic Policies and key reforms agreed with Caribbean Regional Technical Assistance Centre (CARTAC) and the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB). A large portion of the 10th EDF (2009-2013) will be delivered via budget support in an effort to increase aid effectiveness.
