Also, we do appreciate the easy-to-use interface and the hassle-free faxing experience that it has to offer.
But a sleek interface is not enough for a user to make the decision to purchase a fax service; the service should have affordable and great features overall.

Our Experience
I did not have the best experience with Hellofax. Everything started well; I liked the easy sign-in process, the straightforward interface, and the free trial.
But once I started composing the fax, I realized that there were not too many options of files that I could upload.
Composing and sending the fax was again easy, but the fax failed to get sent two times before finally going through. Also, the frequent prompts to upgrade my plan were quite annoying.
