Installation And Contract
You can do the Ring installation yourself. Everything is pretty easy to understand.
Their products come with a stick-on, so it is really easy to mount them anywhere on the wall, near the windows, etc.
Apart from this, the best part about Ring is that it does not bind you in a contract like other similar platforms.
Also, they give you an option of a thirty-day trial. If you find yourself dissatisfied with their service within these thirty days, then you can cancel your plan and get a full refund back.
Our Experience
So in order to test the efficiency of Ring Alarm Pro, we bought the basic plan. To use products, we had to install the Ring app and also the eros app.
We needed to connect the Ring Alarm Pro base station with the devices. So we connected it from the ring app and also connected the wifi from the eros app.
Then using the base station, we linked our indoor and outdoor cameras.
When we checked the clarity on the screen, it was fine, and we even received a push notification on the ring app.
Overall, everything went fine with us, but it wasn’t the best.
What Differentiates It?
There is not one but multiple factors that differentiate Ring from competitors like Vivint, Abode, FrontPoint, and more.
The first major point of difference is a built eros wifi router. No other company offers built-in wifi with their products, which is really unique in itself.
Another thing is the vast number of products that it offers, along with additional appliances such as switches, solar panels, and more.
Apart from this, it also does not bind you to a contract and offers really affordable plans, which makes it a desirable option to choose from.

Final Verdict
Ring Alarm Pro is not the best smart home security service, although its in-built option of eros wifi is quite unique and it has a lot of options for gadgets, but there are better services than one can go for if budget is not a problem for you.
For instance, you can check out Vivint, which is our top home security company. It offers gadgets within a price range of $29.99 – $44.99, which is although more than Ring, but Vivint’s quality is unmatched.
